Today when i am a Bschool passout from one of the top 4 bschools of India , it feels fascinating as i look back and relive the old memories . I feel there are few accounts or blogs which have a live documentary of sorts of different ups and downs of a individuals life . I think or rather hope that through this blog future aspirants(maybe some day my son , daughter or grand daughter or my friends sons etc) would read it and maybe laugh or feel inspired with history that has passed by then.

One to one and employee engagement
One to one Is always the most engaging means of engagement. Just listening to what an individual does in his day to day life and his job even if solution always is not possible stays with employee for a long long time.
