1 TO TAKE ACTION TO LIFT LOCKOUT AND BEGIN OPERATIONS
2. TO MAKE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS TO MEET THE EXPENSES DURING LOCKOUT PERIOD.(extra money to be invested to manipulate media for suppression of news, to keep the machines in order and arrange for supervision and safeguard of the warehouses ,salary of guards, to ensure the supply chain remains in order by maintaining the inventory costs)
3. REEXAMINE THE PERSONNEL POLICIES SO AS TO PREVENT SUCH OCCURANCES
4. REEXAMINATIONS TO DECISIONS TO RELOCATE OR EXPAND PRODUCTION FACILITIES.

1. LABOUR SUSPENSION RELATED PROBLEMS OVER MISCONDUCT ,ABSENCE ETC
2 NEW TRAINING POLICY OBJECTION
3. DEDUCTION IN PAY OR INCREASE IN SHIFT TIMINGS
4. ANY NEW ANTI LABOUR POLICY
5 LACK OF BONUS AND DELAY IN WAGE PAYMENT
6. OUTSIDE CO- ERSION.
7. ANGER AGAINST NEW ADMINISTRATOR.
